Comments:

INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY THE FOLLOWING:

Check and oil condenser fan motor.
Check and clean condenser coil.
Check refrigerant charde and operating pressure.
Check electrical connections.
Check controls and switches.
*Check condenate pan and line.
Check filters, replace if necessary.
Check and oil blower motor (direct drive).
Check and oil motor bearing and shaft bearing (belt drive).
Check belts for wear and tension, replace if necessary.
Check pulleys for wear, replace if necessary.
Vacuum carbon and soot from combustion area (space heaters only).
*Check stack pipe, clean and tighten as necessary.
Check and clean oil burner equipment (oil fired eequipment).
*Check oil storage tank for water (oil fired equipment).
Check supplementary heat (heat pump).
Check 4-way valve (heat pump).

*Any oil filters, air filters, nozzles and refrigerant normally required in pre-season maintenance will be charged to the customer at the Standard Prevailing Rates.
*THIS CONTRACT DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING: cleaning of stopped-up heat exchangers; maintenance of electronic air cleaners, humidifiers, condensate drain pipes or other accessories; dismantling and cleaning or replacing of stack-pipes; thermostat calibration; actual process of removing ware from oil tanks.
These above items serviced at normal prevailing service rates.
