Additional Information:This is a two year pilot program. Neighborhood REACH, an innovative new Energy Smart Plus (e+) community program, is designed to assist about 3,000 income-based City Utility customers lower their utility usage. Residential customers living in single-family homes or townhomes in selected neighborhoods will have the opportunity to receive a free home energy assessment, free energy-saving products and energy-efficiency tips to help their families save energy, water and money. The Neighborhood REACH program began in December 2010.
